Let MJR Sports Integrity offer to work with your PTA,
organization, team or any other non-profit group or cause to get closer
to your fund raising goals through the use of our silent auction service.
The
way this works is that we contact groups and organizations and see if it makes
sense for us to come to their event and offer our product. If it is agreeable
for us to participate in the event we set the date, time and location and load
it onto our website 1 month ahead of the event. This will help your group with
getting the word out about the event in addition to drive people to it. Within
the month of the date we will include your details in our email blast to over 10,000 people in the New York/ New Jersey/ Pennsylvania areas to again help
promote the event publicly. As far as the day of, we arrive about an hour and
half ahead of the start in order to have all of our product set up and
displayed properly. My staff then stays through the auction in order to answer
any questions your guests may have and manage the bid sheets which are set up
ahead of time with an opening minimum bid. We also manage and take all payments
from your guests for the items purchased. That said the bottom line here is
that your group receives a percentage of the total money taken in from the auction at $0
cost to you at all. At the end of the day we will have a check ready to be
turned over to your organization.
